Spicer Group HQ
For the exterior window cleaning at Spicer Group Headquarters, we used a water-fed pole and pure water cleaned through a deionized/reverse osmosis system

For our recent project at Spicer Group Headquarters, we faced the tough task of cleaning the exterior windows of a three-story building on a super hot day—it was 98 degrees Fahrenheit out there! This heat made our job tricky because the water we used to clean the windows dried up way too fast, which can leave streaks and spots if we're not careful.
To deal with this, we had to move quickly and efficiently, making sure we applied and dried the water just right to avoid any marks. We used a water-fed pole system with water that’s been purified by a deionized and reverse osmosis process, which lets us clean the windows without any harsh chemicals and keeps things safe for the building.
Another challenge was removing tree sap from the windows. Some trees that were recently cut down near the building had left sap on the glass, which is sticky and tough to get off. We used special cleaning solutions that are strong enough to remove the sap but gentle on the windows, so we don’t scratch or damage them.
Despite the heat and the sticky sap, we managed to get all the windows looking crystal clear, making the Spicer Group Headquarters shine. This project showed us that with the right approach and tools, we can tackle any cleaning challenge, even on the hottest days.
